Lease Renewals

In the fourth webinar of our Property Life Cycle Series, we will discuss the process of renewing an existing lease to continue occupation of a property.

We will consider the importance of tenants choosing to retain their statutory right to renewal by not agreeing to exclude their lease from the protection afforded by the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954. Additionally, the finer details surrounding renewed lease terms and rent levels will be considered, before discussing the common implementation of dispute resolution in lease renewal negotiations.
