Renegotiating your lease

In the second webinar of our Property Life Cycle Series with The Commercial Tenants Association and Walker Morris, we will address when and how to renegotiate an existing lease midway through the term.

Particularly since the start of the pandemic, many commercial tenants have sought to renegotiate their leases to try to achieve more favourable terms than what they had originally agreed.

We will evaluate which items are worth trading during lease negotiations, in order to secure more favourable terms overall.
